For your personal and for our staff’s safety, we made changes to our operations. Our staff wear masks, your temperature is taken, a safe distance is maintained, and we wipe down everything.
We ask you to please observe a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. To accommodate our guests and comply with DC rules, we mush maintain a minimum number of people in the store at any one time. Please do not bring family members with you, since they will not be able to wait in the store while you are getting your service.
Your courtesy in canceling timely will help us to fill the vacancy. Our stylist and Spa technicians are just back from a long furlough, and canceling last minute only leaves an empty chair we can not fill, and this affects their compensation.
All guests must wear a mask that hooks behind the ears (all staff members will wear masks as well). We try hard not to get hair color on your mask. If you are concern about your mask, it is best to use a disposable mask. If you do not have one, we have masks from $3 and up.
Guests will be seated at every other station and 6 feet apart in the waiting area. Currently, we can not offer coffee and tea. Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us. These new measures are temporary, and we hope to be back to normal sooner than later!
